  • Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy. You can return your product for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Return Eligibility

  1. Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Condition: Products must be returned in their original packaging. Supplements must be unopened and unused. Partially used products are also eligible for return if they do not meet your expectations.

Return Process

  2. Receive a Return Authorization (RA): Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for returning your product.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) you are returning. Include all original packaging and any promotional items received with the purchase.
  4. Shipping the Return: Ship the return package to the address provided by our Customer Service team. Be sure to include the RA number on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Refunds

  1. Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
  2. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid with a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued as store credit.

Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange your product for a different supplement or another item, please contact our Customer Service team to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
